The New Meditation Club at the College of Wooster incorporates basic meditation techniques derived from the Buddhist tradition, in a calm and open environment, to improve the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of all wishing to attend. By meditating, one can become happier, improve relationships, overcome stress and anxiety, boost concentration, and enjoy healthier sleep. Sessions are one hour long, and include guided meditations, short discussions, and specific techniques to help us practice in our daily lives.

The New Meditation Club congregates in the Meeting Room of the Westminster Presbyterian Church on Thursdays at 4:30 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM. All are welcome to attend!
